Most Dirty Appartment Ever !! Positive: Nothing !! Negative: Due to delayed flight we arrived at 4:00am in our room and fall asleep. In the morning we were shocked after we realised the situation in that facillity. The most dirty appartment we ever had during 15 years using booking.com ! The kitchen was full of fat leftovers in the sink, stovetop, cupboard and microwave (wipe once with the paper towel and it was dark brown). But the bathroom was even worse. Black hairs (we do not have black hairs) in the bathtub, sink, floor and dirty toilett. It was really disgusting. We asked at the front desk several times (8 in total) to clean up our room. But housekeeping did not arrive. We claim again and we threaten to move out. But that no reason to clean our room. Only Concierce at the front desk understood our malaise and recommend us to claim this matter to booking.com !! We asked the management for a refund, but told us that is possible only after rebook the room (haha). Even after sending pictures from the situation, they didn't agree a goodwill refund. We quit and changed the room after 2 nights with promissing to publish pictures to save future guest from the most dirty hotel we ever stayed and biggest cheekiness of the management.

Short and sweet. Positive: Great location, very nice view. Negative: The condo is out dated. Theirs a lot of mold in the wet areas. The inside of the building has an old smell. They should put air fresheners all around the facilities and bleach everything. One of the showers leaked constantly and the kitchen was disgusting and needs to be remodeled.
